Edvanta Technologies provides full website hosting options for its clients, but also works with companies who wish to host their site elsewhere if they desire.
In many cases it makes more sense and costs less for our clients to host their website with us, but we have also encountered companies where it makes more sense to stay with their current hosting setup.
Edvanta consults with its clients to determine the optimal hosting arrangement for their website. Depending on where your website is hosted, a custom maintenance and security plan is developed and implemented if feasible.
In a situation where you have the resources to manage your own hosting, then we can also provide help in setting up your server in-house. We can provide initial assistance to set up and configure your servers, and if required, manage ongoing issues, and Moodle version updates if required. Where remote assistance is required you will need to have a remote access facility. eg SSH for Linux servers, or Terminal Services for Windows servers.
